File processing
Published PDF and image tools and HWPX to PDF beta run on your device. Source files, output, filenames and PDF passwords are not sent to a conversion server. Documents are not used for training, advertising or public sharing.
Hosting uses AWS Lightsail from Amazon Web Services. Visitor and tool statistics are processed and stored in the Seoul region, South Korea.
Retention and deletion
Completed results are saved in this browser for the chosen period after creation: 30 minutes by default, with 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day options. Changing the period resets every live saved file to expire that period after the change. Expired files are not restored. Up to 15 files and 2GB are retained in total; when a limit is exceeded, the oldest results by creation time are removed first. Source files and passwords are not saved in the result archive. You can return after navigation or refresh in the same browser. Downloads are blocked at expiry and expired files are removed periodically while the site is open, or on the next visit if it was closed. Limited storage, private browsing or clearing site data may prevent saving or remove files sooner. You manage downloaded files; the site does not delete them.
For troubleshooting and abuse prevention, our Seoul server records request time, public page category, method, response status, transfer size, duration, a daily IP pseudonym and an automated inspection label. Raw IPs are HMAC-processed in memory using a daily secret and are not saved in access logs. We do not log query strings, unknown paths, filenames, document contents, passwords, cookies or full user agents. Access records are automatically deleted every minute after seven days, or sooner if the storage ceiling is reached. Access logs are not backed up. Signed markers identify our inspection requests; they remain included in visitor counts. Bot labels are self-declared signals, not proof of a human visit. Error logs retain only the occurrence of an error, not the original message. Support email and messages are used for replies and disputes and deleted within one year after resolution, except information subject to statutory retention duties.
Visitor counting
The same IP is counted once per day between midnights in Asia/Seoul. Only an address verified by the trusted proxy is used. Raw IPs are not saved in the counting database. A daily HMAC-SHA-256 hash made with a server secret and counting status are saved. Hashes change each day; previous-day hashes are deleted on the next count or hourly cleanup. Anonymous daily totals are retained for the all-time display. This cumulative sum can include the same person on multiple days. Previous browser-based counts are also included.
People on the same Wi-Fi or router may count as one, while address changes or VPNs may count again. This is not an exact count of people. Received visit reports are included regardless of administrator, automated-check or bot status, or former exclusion settings. Visits that do not send a report may be missing. Previously excluded, unrecorded visits are not backfilled. Statistics backups are removed by scheduled checks after three days; documents are not backed up.
Tool usage counts
Every tool category is ranked by completed task counts over the entire recorded period. Anonymous daily totals per tool are retained for this cumulative ranking. We retain the tool name, Korean calendar date and a hash of a random per-job token for up to 30 days, removing older records when counts are read or recorded. Input file counts in anonymous completion reports are added to the aggregate without being stored in individual records.
No documents, signatures, filenames, passwords or device identifiers are sent for this count. Anonymous browser reports can be missing or manipulated; these counts are not exact human visitor counts or a measured success rate.
Cookies and external services
Theme preferences and saved results use browser storage, which you can clear or block. Visitor counting ignores former exclusions and deduplicates by IP without requiring browser storage.
Web delivery and security use Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). IP addresses and request information may pass through data centers abroad. Documents and conversion results remain on your device.
Email inquiries are forwarded by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) to Gmail (Google LLC, United States). Sending email transmits your address and message over the network; these providers may process them in data centers abroad. The purpose is receiving and answering inquiries, and the team deletes messages within one year after resolution. You can avoid email inquiries and still use the tools.
Advertising and choices
Advertising and external behavioral trackers are currently disabled. Google AdSense review and integration are being prepared. Information disclosures and required consent/refusal settings will be applied before advertising is enabled.
